These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.nuzzigo.com, including all related content, features, products, purchases, customer accounts, and services offered through the website (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by Jurong Beineng Trading Co., Ltd. (句容备能商贸有限公司), operating under the brand name Nuzzigo ("Nuzzigo," "we," "us," or "our").

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products to you. Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from Nuzzigo.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to use the Services or make a purchase.

If you permit a minor to use the Services under your supervision, you are responsible for the minor's use of the Services and compliance with these Terms.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Customer Accounts

Certain features may require you to create a customer account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly at support@nuzzigo.com if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their colors, materials, dimensions, features, intended uses, and compatibility.

However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, production batches, fabric texture, screen settings, and other factors.

Product measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing or manual-measurement tolerances. You are responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, fit information, care instructions, and other information provided before placing an order.

Images, videos, illustrations, and lifestyle scenes are provided for presentation purposes. Accessories, pets, vehicles, furniture, and other items shown in product images are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

We may update, improve, modify, discontinue, or replace products at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the product or guarantee that it will remain available.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to particular persons, households, geographic regions, or jurisdictions where permitted by law.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restocking, or cancel and refund the unavailable item.

5. Orders

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may accept or reject an order in our reasonable discretion, including where:

The product is unavailable;
The price or product information contains an obvious error;
Payment cannot be authorized or verified;
The shipping address is incomplete, invalid, or unsupported;
The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended for unlawful use;
The quantity ordered exceeds reasonable personal-use limits; or
We are unable to fulfill the order for legal or operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of your financial institution.

6. Billing and Order Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information for all purchases.

You are responsible for checking your name, email address, telephone number, product selection, size, color, quantity, and delivery address before submitting an order.

Please contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has entered processing or fulfillment.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not normally affect orders already accepted by us.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other fees will be displayed at checkout where available.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees imposed by the destination country.

Currency-conversion rates and foreign-transaction fees may be determined by Shopify, your payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution. We do not control those rates or fees.

8. Pricing and Website Errors

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.

We may correct errors and update information at any time. If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects your order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed;
Only one discount may be used per order unless checkout permits otherwise;
Discounts may exclude certain products, collections, or shipping charges;
Promotions may not be combined; and
We may cancel a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, or an obvious error.

10. Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method available at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments, PayPal, card networks, banks, or other third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment authorization fails, is reversed, or requires additional verification.

11. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to support@nuzzigo.com and should include your order number and the email address used for the order.

A cancellation request is not guaranteed until we confirm it. If the order has already been processed, packed, transferred to a fulfillment provider, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect the parcel, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, or other non-recoverable fees, where permitted by law.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights concerning damaged, lost, or undelivered orders.

13. International Orders

International orders may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities. Customs procedures and import requirements vary by destination.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may be lawfully imported into and used in your destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and similar fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

14. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned by submitting a return request within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, returned products must generally be:

Unused and in resalable condition;
Unwashed and unaltered;
Free from pet hair, odors, dirt, stains, and damage;
Returned with original tags, accessories, instructions, and packaging; and
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that show signs of use, washing, pet contact, contamination, damage, alteration, or missing components may be rejected or may qualify only for a reduced refund where permitted by law.

For ordinary returns, including change-of-mind, size, color, or preference returns, the customer is generally responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs or video. After verification, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return-shipping costs.

We do not currently charge a restocking fee unless a different condition was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

These Terms do not limit any non-excludable consumer rights available under applicable law.

15. Product Use and Pet Safety

You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your pet's size, weight, behavior, health, and intended use.

Before use, inspect each product for damage, loose components, wear, broken stitching, damaged hardware, or other conditions that could make the product unsafe.

Pet products should be used under appropriate adult supervision. Do not allow a pet to chew, ingest, or become entangled in straps, buckles, fabric, padding, packaging, or other product components.

Stop using a product immediately if it becomes damaged, if your pet experiences discomfort, or if continued use may present a safety risk.

Follow all product instructions, weight limits, sizing guidance, and care instructions provided on the product page, packaging, or product label.

Unless expressly stated and supported by a specific certification on the product page, Nuzzigo products are not represented as crash-tested vehicle safety restraints, child-safety devices, veterinary devices, medical devices, or substitutes for legally required vehicle restraints.

A pet bed, carrier, harness, leash, or travel accessory does not eliminate the risks associated with travel, vehicle movement, animal behavior, escape, injury, or improper use.

You are responsible for complying with vehicle, animal-control, airline, railway, accommodation, and other transportation or destination requirements that apply to you and your pet.

16. Care Instructions and Product Damage

You must follow all cleaning, washing, drying, storage, assembly, and maintenance instructions provided with the product.

Damage caused by improper cleaning, use of unsuitable chemicals, excessive heat, misuse, chewing, scratching, overloading, incorrect assembly, normal wear and tear, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

17. Reviews and User-Generated Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, suggestions, or other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to us or tagging Nuzzigo in content that you invite us to share, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our business, products, website, and marketing, subject to applicable law.

You represent that:

You own or have permission to submit the User Content;
The content does not infringe another person's rights;
The content is accurate and not misleading;
The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful material; and
The content does not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising.

We may moderate, reject, remove, or decline to publish User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

18. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including the Nuzzigo name, logos, product names, designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, icons, website layout, and software, are owned by or licensed to Nuzzigo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

19. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

For an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
To violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
To submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
To transmit malware, viruses, harmful code, or disruptive technology;
To interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
To gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
To scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization;
To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
To conduct unauthorized advertising, spam, or solicitation;
To manipulate reviews, promotions, prices, or checkout processes; or
To encourage another person to engage in any prohibited activity.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of this section.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of independent third parties.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Please review those terms before using the relevant service.

21. Optional Tools

We may provide access to tools or features supplied by third parties. Such tools may be provided on an "as available" basis and may be subject to the third party's terms.

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any applicable third-party conditions before using those tools.

22. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services, subject to applicable legal obligations concerning existing orders.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Except for warranties expressly stated by us or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that every product will be suitable for every pet, vehicle, destination, or intended use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuzzigo and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from or relating to the Services or products.

This may include, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability protected by mandatory law.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuzzigo and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your unlawful use of the Services;
Your material violation of these Terms;
Your infringement of another person's rights; or
User Content submitted by you.

This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.

26. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, carrier failures, customs delays, government actions, power outages, internet failures, supply shortages, or similar events.

This section does not affect any mandatory right to a refund or other remedy under applicable consumer law.

27. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in that policy.

28. Electronic Communications

By using the Services or contacting us electronically, you consent to receiving order confirmations, invoices, shipping updates, policy notices, customer-service responses, and other transactional communications electronically.

Promotional communications are subject to your marketing preferences and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link contained in those messages.

29. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect security, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, accepted orders, liabilities, or provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

30. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country or region where you ordinarily reside.

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@nuzzigo.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a local court or authority where applicable law grants that right.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

32. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

33. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and notices incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuzzigo concerning the Services and replace prior discussions or agreements concerning the same subject matter.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, products, business practices, legal obligations, or operational requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted, except where required by law.
